Children's Activities

Cookie Minyan

Cookie Minyan, for our youngest members, takes place most every Shabbat. The program begins about 10:30 am, and is usually in the Bayit at 1308 28th Street, NW, around the corner from the shul.

Shabbat Club

Shabbat Club, for our next youngest members, also takes place most every Shabbat. The program begins about 10:45 am, and is usually in the social hall on the ground floor of the shul.

For more information on children's activities, contact children@kesher.org.

Kol HaNaarim Tallit Patches

One of Keshers most special traditions in recent years has been the Kol HaNaarim tallit used on Simchat Torah for the childrens aliyah. The tallit is made up of patches honoring Kesher Israel kids.

Think about purchasing a Kol HaNaarim tallit patch for a special child in your life. The charge is $100 per patch (100% of which is donated to the shul). The form can be downloaded here. Questions related to the form should be addressed to Rhona Sloan.
