Our Community

The members of Kesher Israel are what make the synagogue unique.  Our membership draws from college students, graduate students, young professionals, interns, couples, families, and retireds.  It includes a Senator, a former Congressman, a significant number of Ambassadors, both to and from the United States, the Secretary of Agriculture, and several distinguished authors. Many of the members hold fascinating positions in government, or in other important national and international organizations.

If you are interested in becoming a member, fill out the membership application.  Our dues structure takes into consideration the different means that each of us has to make ends meet.

Most important is that you are a participating member of the shul community.  How much you can afford in dues is secondary.
